Group Policy locks up PC Every 2 Hours

We have a number of group policies applied which control everything from the user interface, software installation, file security, etc. However, every 2 hours or so when Group Policy reapplies, it makes the PC unuseable for about 2 minutes.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

Disable the group policies one at a time to try to narrow down which is causing the lockups. One of them is causing a timeout on your machines...
