Group Policy - Local Profiles on machine

Using group policy, I can see how to delete local copies of Roaming Profiles....but we are not using roaming profiles...and the profiles build up on our public computing workstations. Is there a way to have those local profiles deleted (or not saved) using AD? Also, we don't want to apply any kind of group policy at users's desks - only the public computers.
