Group policy Internet Exporer "Corporate Settings"

I have set my Internet Explorer Maintenance to "Preference Mode" and I am trying to use the "Corporate Settings" in group policy.

Evertime I click on "Corporate Settings" or "Internet Settings" the group policy Window closes on me

????
