Group Policy and login/out scripts

Hi, I need to setup an organisation login script that is standard for each user, however some users will have group policies which will require additional login procedures (ie drive mappings)..
I am not familiar with Active directory but need to know if there is an equivalent command to the Netware IF MEMBER OF .. for group policies..

you can create user groups first. then move the user objects to the group.Then define a policy for the group. Then it will execute the policy for the group as a whole. try this it should work the same way as MEMBER OF option in novell netware.
