Group Pickup not working after Succession Upgrade

I have two locations that will not allow me to use my Group Pickup buttons. I have done all the procedure in the features guides and nothing changed, but something did. They worked just fine on RLS 25.40b but know they don’t under Succession. Any ideas???

check your opt under ftr data 1st, then look at the prompts under rdr data. not sure but i would start there
