Group permissions

I have a global group that has access to three servers that I support on my domain. I would like to see what permissions this group has on all files and folders on these three servers (there are quite a few of them on these servers). What is the best way to do this?

The free Windows Sysinternals utility "AccessEnum" should be able to help you evaluate access permissions on all files and folders on this server in a quick manner.
