Group Park Problem 1

Group park does not seem to work correctly. Users can park a call and other stations can unpark that call but the station that parked the call cannot unpark the call?

When you park a call, the phone is still considered in an active state until you hang up.

You cannot park a call and immediately pick it back up without first hanging up.

Put another way, you need to be hearing dial tone to be able to pick it up (or do anything for that matter)

Thanks that was helpful.

The call remained in active state even when the handset was replaced. It was neccessary to press the [Cancel] button to release the active call and then I could retrieve the parked call from the phone that parked the call.

If hanging up the handset does not cancel the call, then you likely have headset enabled.
