Hi Everyone,

First Post Here!

We have just finished installing our 2nd and 3rd Mitel 3300's in remote offices to complete a resiliency plan with the phone system.

When we had a single 3300 using ACD NON-Hotdesk users, paging groups were completely understood by me and worked like a charm to the teleworkers through the MBG as well as phones using the 3300 through VPN tunnels to the various remote offices. Now that we have the 3 x 3300s, we have a problem that our intercon says can't be resolved. I'm having trouble believing this!

Specifically, I have been told that we cannot perform a page to every phone and paging unit in a group which contains both hotdesk phones (with no one logged in to it) and hotdesk phones where an ACD Agent has logged in.

That is, we're told, you can only program the group to page through a logged in deskset or a non-logged in deskset but not both.

Is this indeed a fact and if not, can somone shed ome light on the teps required to make this function logically for us.

Thanks for maintaining such a great forum with a wealth of information.
