Group or Department fax to individual desktop inboxes 1

All of our users have their own individual fax numbers and faxes show up in their CP Desktop fax mailbox...is there a way to create some sort of departmental faxbox that will send the faxes and notification to specific desktops within the department....Thank you for your help.

I do this with the message forwarding rule, I have the fax forward to an email account that the whole department has access to and monitors. I have the message marked read after forward, then a class of service that deletes read messages after 24 hours, no one ever accesses the callpilot mailbox.
