Group on group 1

Hello,

I have in my report a group on a qualification field.
When looking at the report there is:

callback 28/02/2005 at 10.15
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.17
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.19
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.20
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.21
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.22
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.24
callback 28/02/2005 at 10.27
correspondant not available
gave information
made appointment
wrong number

The callbacks is a very big list.
I would like to combine all the callbacks (starting with 'callback') so the group list will be like:

callback
correspondant not available
gave information
made appointment
wrong number

Is this possible?

Insert a group based on the qualification field.
Choose 'In specified order' fron the sequence drop down.
Create a new group where the rule is 'Starts with' and enter callback into the next textbox and click Add.
Go to the Others tab and select Keep in their own groups.
