I want to assign a number so that when it is dialled, a number of extensions (specified by me) ring all at the same time.

I know I've done this on other lesser phone systems, but not sure if I can do it on the Realitis. I'm on version 9.1

If anyone has any ideas I'd be pleased to hear them :)

thanks

The only way would be to have Optipoint 500/Optipoint 400 IP display phones and create a virtual number with a keysystem group and designate a key to ring on each phone.

If you already have DTU cards for the Optipoint 500's be aware that an early version of the firmware did not let the keys 'buzz' only flash. This can be cured by upgrading the firmware chip on the card.

You can also designate trunks to appear on a keysystem group.

ok thanks. We aren't using those handsets, so I guess I can't go it. I'd looked into hunt groups etc, but of course they don't do what I want. I also look after a small (and cheap) pbx, and on that I can setup a 'group' and assign it a number.

Thanks anyway
