I have a site on the other side of an SCN where the users group button is not blinking when a call is queued at the main site. 4 different users, all with the same problem. This worked a-okay for the longest time, and randomly stopped working after a power outage. Any ideas? I've rebooted both systems, cleared phones, etc.
