Group level total for the column its suppressed duplicated value

How to Create the group level Total for the column which is displaying only Suppressed duplicated values.

After that all the group level total to be summarised as Grand Total.

Pls solve my problem

I given the sample data. I have 2 eliminate the column level data.

Sample Data:
-----------
Group is on District Level.

Question
--------
How 2 do the following for the duplicate value eliminated column:
1) Groupwise sale total AND
2) Grand sale Total

Example
-------
// Column name is SALE - Grouping on DISTRICT

District : 10
Sale
----
1000
1000
2000
1000

After suppress the duplicate my report should be
like the following:
District : 10
Sale
----
1000

2000

----
3000 <--- How 2 get this total????
----
District : 20
Sale
----
1000


----
1000 <--- How 2 get this total????
----

Grand Total: 4000 (1000 + 3000)
How 2 set this grand total also????
