Crew...

Trying to move band members closer together (horizontally) in a .psd project...but each person is made of a few different layers.

How do I group layers together, so that they can be moved as one image...all at the same time?

Thanks,

Sonic Max

You can click on a layer to choose it as the active layer then on any other layer(s) click the box next to the "eye" to lock two or more layers together.

If you then do a move, all the locked layers will move together.

...if using CS2 then you will need to shift select the layers or command click if requiring only certain layers, you can also right click selected layers to link them together, another way is to put your layers into a set (the flyout menu in the layers palette offers you to put selected layers into a set), select the set and move them all at once...
