Group indicator lights stopped working?

we have a site at the other send of an SCN who's group indicator lights just randomly stopped working. The groups are on a seperate system. We've rebooted, deleted and re-added people, togged direct media settings, etc. Any idea what else to try? on v9.0.12

Is Advertise Group checked on each hunt group? Were the hunt groups renumbered? Are there conflicting extension numbers between a user and a hunt group? Have you tried creating a new hunt group for testing to see if it's all hunt gruops, or just the existing ones? Deleting and rebuilind the group from scratch?

I would 1st start by upgrading to the latest 9.0 software as I believe there was an issue with message lights across an SCN.
