Group Hunting

Hi,
we are currently using bc12. is it possible for a user in a hunt group to reject a call and for that call to then move on to the next hunt group member. as i have it configured at the mo this doesn't work. also are there any known issues with members having profiles and voicemail (onebox)

if the hunt group is for a dedicated call centre type environment then i'd advise against anything that will change the destination of the inbound calls such as Profiles and Voicemail. if voice mail is required then a common mailbox can be set up so any group calls not answered will be fielded.

If a user wants to take themselves out of the group for a while they can divert their phone back to the hunt group number..... if all users do this the calls will go to voicemail if you've set up a diversion on no group members available.
