Group Hunting

Hi, My switch, Md110 BC9, will only allow an extension to be a member of max 4 hunt groups. Is there a parameter to modify this?

Hi Hughiepal,

In BC9 is the limitation 4 groups / Extension. No parameter can be changed.

If you want more the you must configure the huntgroup as ACD group. Then you have 8 groups / extensuion (Agents)
