Has anyone an idea how to solve the following problem?

There is a group hunting group with internal and fixed remote extensions. This means, that they can receive local calls when the GH tries to give them a call. As the originating GH doesn't realizes, that the remote extension is busy, this member will be excluded from the group. The remote extension doesn't realizes, that it is excluded. After a while all remote members are excluded. SW is BC11.

Normally a gh-member will not be excluded from gh if MEX is busy. Only at "no answer" this can happen - depending on aspap:parnum=178. parval=1 will prevent this.

And you should make sure, that calls to and from the MEX will not bypass the MD.

And MEX should deactivate itself as answerposition via *21*own number# and reactivate with #21# to signal, that agent is not ready or ready.

This is exactly what I tought. The problem arises in conjunction with calls bypassing the MD and going directly to the remote extensions. The exclusion happens at "no answer"....:(
Is there any way to handle the situation when the remote extension receives a direct call, bypassing the MD? According to your opinion, can the PARNUM=178 PARVAL=0 help?
(It is difficult to test it, because no remote access is allowed in this MD.)
