Group Hunting + Divert to Voice Mail 1

Hi guys,

I have a customer in which a hunt group with +10 ext. is configured. The extensions are using personal answering machines to get unanswered calls, i.e. each extension has its own machine.

Now they want to remove those old machines and use a OneBox VM. The problem is, each one of the guys wants his/her own voicemail. Is there any way of doing this? When I try to initiate a direct diversion/fme/diverion on no answer to the voice mail, the call gets diverted to the group voice mail, not to the individual position voice mail. any hints??

I'm wondering if it's possible to do this with a hunt group or if I will have to change tracks totally (PELPI or something similar)

Any ideas are welcome.

You can't do it, it's a feature, the caller has dialled the group number so they get the group voicemail, it's always been this way. Pelpi will only work with 9 anspos then voicemail, you run out of anspos at 10.

If an extension has a PELPI and is in the group, the PELPI is not activated when ringing the group, only when ringing the extension direct.

Maybe a way round, if I remember pointing to ABBDIAL changes the number sent to the ABBDIAL, you could divert each extension to an individual ABBDIAL then TRA could be Voicemail Group for each. Then in Onebox you can affiliate the mailbox number of the extension and the abbdial. Might work, you would have to test.
