Group header not repeating

I'm using CR10.
My group header is based on the customer ID.

I have subreport that pulls in information on all the products they have in the Group Header. The subreport creates a new page on every 7th product. My problem is that the customer Id doesn't repeat on the 2nd, 3rd... pages.

I have selected the Repeat Group Header on each page Option for the Group Header with no luck.

Any ideas?

State specifics.

Is the group header not displaying in the main report or when the subreport is creating aditional pages?

A new page every 7th product doesn't mean much unless you mean that when the subreport creates new pages you don't get a group header.

If that's the case, create a group header within the subreport and make sure it has the repeat group header turned on.

Yes, the group header does not display in the main report when the subreport created additional pages.

The problem is that I need the main report group header to be aligned to the left of the subreport. Thus I can't put the group header in the the subreport.
Here is the approximate layout I'm trying for.

GH Customer
Subreport 1st Record
Header.............Subreport 2nd Record
Subreport 3rd Record

Why not?

Place the group header to the left in the subreport, make the subreport the same size as the main, and have the data in the subreport to the right of the group header.

Perhaps I'm missing something here such as you're using an underlay or some such.

I tried that and it didn't work. I didn't have any underlay. One problem I didn't mentioned is that I have to repeat the information twice on the page (it is a form). This is my end goal is below. I hope this makes sense.
