Hi,
I've got a hunt group set up (say 5350), but I want to set up the overflow destination as a group mail box (SeaMail)
I cannot get it to work and I'm kind of guessing how to do it.
I've got the departmental voice mail set up, lets call it voicebox number 200.
I set up the voicemail box so that the extention assocated with it was a public library number, say 4200.
I set up private library 4200 to be the VoiceMail port hunt group number.
I set up the overflow of the hunt group to 4200.
So my theory was the call flow was something like this:
Call comes into HG 5350, no one answers so it overflows to public library number 4200, which calls the Voice Mail hunt group. Voice mail sees it as 4200(?) which is associated with the group mailbox number 200.
Needless to say, this does not work.....any suggestions?
Cheers
