I have a customer that has a group (linear, 4 members, overflow to 2nd group with 1 member) that when nobody is logged-in, it never goes to voicemail. Do I have to change the overflow to 770 (instead of the 2nd group) in order for it to go to voicemail when nobody is logged in? If so, is there another way to set-up a backup group that can cover calls during the day?
Basically, during the day they want calls to overflow to the second group. At night, they want the calls to go to voicemail once everyone is logged out of the group.
