Hi,

Have a report that shows turnover by various groups. The groups are are follows:

Overall - Company
Group 1 - Branches
Group 2 - Dept
Group 3 - Customer

I want to insert a graph into GF1 that shows a pie chart with the turnover by branch. When drilling down to the next level, GF2, by Dept, I want the GF1 graph to 'disappear', be suppressed again, and a graph to show the turnover by customer for that dept in GF2.

I basically don't want two graphs to show at the same time!

Is it possible?

Thanks

Di

use the function drilldowngrouplevel

Create a formula with just this function and palce next to charts you will see it increments for each drill down

In section suppression for chart in level one

drilldowngrouplevel <> 1
