Group Footer does not display

When I run my report in CR, the entire report is properly displayed. When I run the report on Enterprise, one of my Group Footer sections does not display. But when the report is exported, the "missing" Group Footer section is properly exported to Adobe. The Group Footer is a multiple part section as below:

Group Footer #2 @Account Description - A
Group Footer #2a @Account Description - A
Group Footer #2b @Account Description - A
Group Footer #2c @Account Description - A
Group Footer #2d @Account Description - A

Group Footer sections #2a and #2c each contain a different subreport.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I am using CR 8.5 and Enterprise 8.0.

What group footer section isn't displayed?

What viewer are you using? Try another type.

Crystal Enterprise Standard or ?

Have you applied the hotfixes? If not, do so, they come out monthly and address many concerns.

The entire Group Footer section #2 does not display.

We are using an ActiveX viewer on Enterprise Standard.

We generally have not applied the hotfixes on a monthly basis, only as issues need to be addressed.
