Hi Guys,

I would like to set execute permission on specific group.
Only particular group should be able to exceute that script?
Please anyone help me.

man chown
man chmod
man chgrp

chown user:group

or chgrp group

then chmod 770 to have it read/write/executable by the user and the group or chmod 070 to have it read/write/executable by group only or 020 to have it executable only by the group. (But why would you want it like that?)

read = 4
write = 2
exeucte = 1 (4+2+1 = 7)
