Group Email problem w/ Lotus

I have a group with 3 recipients. No one is getting email from that group. I am using Lotus Notes Administrator 6.5 and can see the group in the Address Book under the Groups heading, the members, and all details. Is there any reason or way of see why these users are not receiving their email?

It is like the email is full and needs to be deleted, but isn't this a redirector for the group or is it an actual email account? How do you do this or check the status of this group.

Check the Group Type to make sure it's "Mail Only" or "Multi-purpose".

If it's any of the other options like "Access Control List Only" then you cannot use it to send mail.
