V11, accessDB, I'll try to make this clear, because it's confusing to me. I've built a report that will be a summary report. I've grouped and summarized by trailer type (GP2)and by salesperson (GP1). All looks well except that now they want to see a breakout of a particular trailer type by salesperson on the same summary page. This number is in GP2 and when I move it to GP2 it changes based on the totals that are there. Is there a way to get that number where I want it?

How it is:
TrailerType% is a formula of comamount/netsales

(Trailertype ComAmount NetSales TrailerType%)Suppressed
Salesperson ComAmountTot NetSalesTot TrlType%basedonTot

What I want:
(Trailertype ComAmount NetSales TrailerType%)Suppressed
Salesperson ComAmountTot NetSalesTot TrailerType%

Wouldn't reversing your groups get you what you need? Group by Person at the top level then Trailer underneath with your Details suppressed.
