Hi,
A friend of mine has set up a group containing IP users.
No answer Call rerouting works out.
We would like to reroute calls when all users are busy, or when users are not available (thru FAC).
It seems it doesn't work. when all users are busy, no answer call rerouting still working...but busy call rerouting doesn't.
Does anyone has an idea to make it works ?
Plateform is ICP 3300
