Group calling ? 1

My customer wants to be able to see if the group calling members are logged in or not
They have a DLC which according to the doc. you need to have. They just want to see who is logged in & not to control who's logged in or not. It may be me but I find the documentation to be a bit confusing. I know I ONCE set up something like this but is was over 15 or more years ago on a Legend.

Looks like the Supervisor with the DLC will press Feature-32-Hold

Now if the Red DSS light is off, the extension is logged out of the group

If the Red DSS light is on, the extension is logged in and available to receive calls

Depending on the release of your system, the Green DSS light will indicate after work status as well.

There's a really good discussion of Extension Status in the Feature Reference, starting on page 362 (390 of the pdf file)

I would have to sit down with the feature reference and a lab system, set up a group and assign a supervisor to be able to see how everything fits together.
