I'm sure this has been beat to death but here goes. Merlin Legend calling group (set to linear) with overflow to 770 (VM) If no one is logged in that call SHOULD go to voicemail?????? There is no delay announcemant and overflow threshold is 1- Time overflow is 0 and prompt overflow is no-queue control is set to 99- group is set to auto logout
I am a bit confused because I thought if no one was logged in the calls would queue up. How does it get to voicemail???
Thanks all

What is it you are trying to accomplish?? An Overflow calling group is normally used to delay the autoattendant answering for x seconds during Daytime. Is that what you are trying to do??

Hi Tom- What I was trying to find out is if the group is programmed correctly- which I found out it is.
I think someone is not logging out of the group because when I call the 800 # it rang about 6 times then I got the greeting. The next time I got the greeting right away so I think the system logged out a user which made no one logged in- User error!!!!(as usual)
Thanks for your help!
Have a great weekend too.
