I created Group Calling paging using a Partner ACS R6.0.

Warehouse extensions 13, 14, and 15. I inserted them in Calling Group Extensions (#502)group #1. I programmed a Paging button at extensions 10, 11 and 12. I used voice activated I*71. It works fine except when I page the callers hear my voice but the MIC/HFAI goes off making it impossible for the extensions (13, 14, and 15) to be hands free. The three sets are Euro style 6's. I have instructed the users to leave the MIC/HFAI to be left on.

Is that the way it is or can this be rectified?

Should I use Simultaneous Paging I*70 with out a paging system instead.

 
Group paging does not offer Hands Free Answer on Intercom - that feature is only available when you use Intercom * and a single extension number.

However, the first extension that is receiving the page to lift their handset or press their speaker button will turn off the page to the other sets and receive the call at their set.

Or you could look at Talk Back Paging, but use Intercom 70 to access it
