Group Calling in Merlin 2.2

Can I set up a coverage group with extensions that are in the VM coverage group. I have 3 numbers that I need to get roll overed calls from our AA, but they have voicemail also. I saw where it says that VM supercedes all other calling groups.

Use Primary or Secondary Coverage buttons to make an extension ring somewhere else before covering to voice mail.

Can you also have the system forward one extension to another without having the user go to the phone and manually do it.

Yep, it is called follow me instead of forwarding. On the covering extension, on system access or intercom, dial #34 and the extension number you want to cover. This in effect activates forwarding.
