Group Call Ring Problem 1

A calling group on our Magix R4 is doing some odd stuff. The Sales group complains that periodically not all the phones ring in the sales pit, though set to 'group ring'. Only one or two out of 6. the other phones are idle and it doesn't happen all the time. This and problems with call park (see previous post) are causing some unhappy campers as they leap (metaphorically speaking) to try to reach the ringing phone. note:' had one phone in the group go stupid last week, had to remove it from the CG then reassign it to the group before I could get it ringing again.

I'm almost ready to believe there is a more basic (read system) problem here.

Phones can be a member of more than one Calling Group. If I wanted to simulate this problem, I would put two phone in a Call Group (set for Group Ring) and all six in another.

Do a Group Calling All report and see if something stinks in Denmark. Post it here if you'd like other eyes to scan it over.
