Group call pick up

Is there any limitation on the IP extensions for using Group call pick up? Or is there any additional set up?

No limitation, normal behavior as digital phones

I created a group with 2 members and tried but getting like vacant number. What could be the issue?

GPGRI & GHGMI both executed.

I beleive the group pick up code is "8".

Any help. I am not at site to give u a print out.

Maybe it's the config file, for example:

[SuffixServices]
Intrusion=4
Callwaiting=5
CallBack=6
CallPickup=8

Actually call pick up is ok. But group call pick not working.
Any hint?

Do you only have this problems ( group call pick-up ) from IP extension ?
And what digit are using to group call pick-up - 8 ?

Yes I am trying 8. It says vacant number. FYI, I tried 6 also. The individual call pick up is working fine. Kindly look into this.
