Group Calanders

Hi,

We would like to setup department calanders that a user books when you go on vacation or going to be away from the office. I would like the calander to auto accept the meeting requrest. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have already implemented the Microsoft Auto Accept Agent, but that does not accept multiple requests on the same day, this would need to accept multipule requests on the same day!

I found a solution.

Enable the calander as a resource only selecting the option "Automatically accept metting requests and process cancellations". Book the calander a resource.
