Group By query

I have a report thats created from a group by query and two tables.
This report shows docs that are ready to be billed. the doc may have several line items but the report will only show the doc when all the line items have the status changed to "OK TO BE BILLED" ...Everything works fine but the report shows each doc and line item...is it possible to only show the doc# once in a report...instead of showing it multiple times?

Create one more query using the table you want the report based on. Add this query linked via the doc # field. Make this query a group by as well, insuring you include only those fields on the QBE grid that are unique to doc #(i.e. only fields from this table). You should now have only doc #'s that meet the criteria established in the first query.
