Group by Month

Hi Gang,

I am working with one table, Oracle, using CR9 Pro. I need to group by user for each month that they did Data Entry. There is a Date/Time stamp {01/02/02 09:23AM} when they enter the DB. So I would like to total for each user for each month and than have a grandtotal. Something like below.

Name Jan Feb Mar Total Pages Received
Joe 2 4 6 12
Jen 1 5 2 8
