Group By Headers Display

I have a Page Header which has some headers like Facility_id, address etc and a Group by Facility_ID which has another header : facility_id, address. I have set the property of the group as : Hide Drill Down-OK and Keep TOgether only checked. All others are unchecked. THis is how my report appears

Page Header : Facility_id Address
GroupHeader : Facility_id Address
: 123428 22 Street
GroupHeader : Facility_Id Address
: 4567778 25 Avenue

How can I get the GroupHeaders not repeated for distinct Facility_ID???? Any other property to be set? pls. help

I'm not clear to me what what you want. Group headers don't repeat for a single group, unless you select [Repeat Group Header On Each Page]. (If this is someone else's report that you are fixing, right-click and choose [Change Group] to check this.)

If several groups can have the same Facility ID, then do a formula suppression on the field, using your.field = Previous(your.field) . Right-click and choose [Format Field] to get at the suppression option.
