Group by Date_Hired Month How?

CRV10 - I'm drawing a blank on this one. I have to write a report that shows DATE_HIRED and is grouped by hire month. The end result should be:

Hire Month: January 2004
John Doe 1-1-04
Judy Blue 1-27-04

Hire Month: February 2004
Bill Brown 2-1-04
Stella Green 2-17-04

I would greatly appreciate assistance on this. Thanks!

Insert a summary on the date field and the dialog box, by virtue of the fact this is a data field, will as you how often to group the information. Choose "For each month" in the dropdown list.
