Group Authentication - How do I find lost password?

Hello,

My brother owns a small business and has VPN set up for his employees.
Part of the setup to connect is to define a Group Authentication (Name and Password). How can he figure out what the password is if he's forgotten it?

I know what the group name is because my he has the cisco VPN software set up on his home computer and I can see the group name. However, the pasword is asterisked out.
