When I want to change a name whit the group admin tool I get a java error in my webbrowser.

I have tryed all versions of java and IE, but i still get the same problem.
I have a 3300 LX whit version 7.1, before whit version 6 there where no problems and it only occurred whit OP27 phones.

can anyone help me, I have tryed everything..

What is the IE current version you use ?

Version 7 is not supported and date has to be defined fot it...

Now, it's about French users too !!!

I work whit version 6, but I have tryed whit IE 7.

What is your JAVA version ?
Have you tried with another PC ?

I've try with
W98 IE6 ICP 6.0.5.7 JAVA 1.5
XP IE6 ICP 7.0 JAVA 1.4.2_11
An dit works fine

Do you have OPS on your machine ?
Do you have some specific events ?
What about JAVA machine ?

Thank you for trying, but I only have problems whit OP27 phone running on Mitel 3300 version 7.1.x.x
I also use OPS, but I had a clean install of an 3300 and I had the same problem.
It's very strange before version 7.1.x.x it was working fine.
There are no specific events, I have 21 controllers running in one cluster tryed every java version on earht whit win2k, winXP and win2k3.....still the same problem.

PS. If there is somebody haveing an 3300 running at level 7.1.4.9_1 try to change a name of an OP27 user whit the group admin tool, and let know.

In ICP V7.1.3.4 I have created an open phone 26/27 user using system admin;
In group admin this user is shown as netvision ip !! and I can't modify the name or change the type to openphone 26/27

I have also tried to create a user thru group admin ând it worked ok. When I wanted to modify the name, the user appeared as netvision (again !!) and I couldn't modify the name.
I don't have java error, but the window stays stuck until I cancel.

You've found a big one dude.

As you know, 7.1.4.9 is the latest ...
Have you placed a ticket at MITEL's ?
If they're not aware of the problem may persist with future version...

Finally Mitel accepted my problem, but I hope they didn't forget the openphone's

Tech had upgrade from 7.0 software to 7.1 software and when you
go into group admin th modify a name on a ons set you get cannot.
