Group Address Book Problem

We have an R5 server and our users are mostly using R4.6.6. We created a address book locally to one of the users then pushed it out onto the server, using File-New Copy. Now, the Managers of the database are getting "You are not authorized to perform that operation" when they are trying to add a contact. I can get in fine and add members, but my users on R4.6.6 client cannot. Any ideas?

HELP!

Have you checked the Access Control List? Also, have a look, if they are in the Access Control List (or in groups in the ACL), and check that they are also in the Master Address Book (or that the groups they are in are) on the server you put them on - I had that problem the other way around with a database!

Let me know if it works.

Just a note...we found that if we upgraded the exact same users from R4.6.6 to R5.0.3 that they were able to work fine. It seems that pushing out to the server somehow upgraded parts of the template.
