Anybody here that has Telepacific as a CO they provided me with ground start from a Cisco 2911 route. My inbound trunk has forwarding to an autoattendant from Meridian Mail. Ever since Telepacific switch their equipment from an Adtran to a Cisco to gives us the ground start trunk. The trunk is a hit and a miss, what I mean by that is sometimes the auto attendant will answer and then sometimes it will just keep on ringing. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.
