Gridline Printing Problem

I have a printing problem with report in ASP.NET. First, the gridlines appear just on first page and not on subsequent pages. Second, the last line on page is cut into 2 horizontally, first half in first page and second half in another page.

I am printing via the browser print function. Same problem is IE7 or IE8. Report is an RDLC in reportviewer control. Visual Studio 2008 SP1.

How can I get it to print all the gridlines on all pages and to not break in the middle of text?

That is a function of the browser, not asp.NET. There should be print functionality in the report viewer itself.
