Grid display problem on Citrix

I have an application, compiled with D2005 under XP, that has worked fine for years on a client's system using Citrix. I have upgraded to use XE2 compiled under Win7. It works perfectly on a PC and on the server and also through an RDP connection.

However, in a Citrix session grids do not display correctly. The grid either has parts not drawn at all or has repeated rows. When a row is clicked, the correct data is displayed. I found info that, under XP, Delphi used the 5.8 version of CommCtl.dll but later versions used version 6. Is that a factor?
