Greyed out options - GW6 SP4

We are using GroupWise6, support pack 4. When we go into Tools, Options, Environment, the configuration box is checked and greyed out for 'Read next after accept, decline or delete'. Where do we go to uncheck that option?

this has been locked at the poa level

in console1 - go to poa - groupwise utils - client options - they are in this bit
