Grey Viewer

I developed a website that incorporates the Activex Viewer control. When I moved it to the production server I get a grey viewer --- I've checked everything and all is well with the app until this last step in the report presentation. Crystal's site has a tip about PRAGMA: NO-CACHE but that doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated...

BTW - all of the normal viewer control functions like zoom, etc. are functioning on the greyed out viewer...I've also unregistered and reregistered crviewer.dll

Are you using ASP? If so, verify the path to "rptserver.asp" in the "SmartViewerAciveX.asp" page.

Yes on ASP and the path is fine. What next?
