Grey Reports

Hello,

Im running Micros 3700 and I had a power outage. Since then I can not print reports it just spits out a grey screen with no data. Any idea i've been waiting on Micros to call me back for days and need to get my daily sales reports and labor reports. Please help with any suggestions.

Can you run the report, and then check the 3700d log for an error? C:\micros\res\pos\etc\3700d.log. It can sometimes dump useful errors in there.
