Grey Box around Flash

Hi All,

I wonder if you'll have noticed a grey box surrounding flash recently in IE.

I have come to know that it has something to do with Microsoft removing the embed tag for Flash due to some problems with the inventor of the tag.

This happens in newer versions of IE mostly after IE6 + some updates or SP2.

Question is how to embed flash so that this grey box doesnt appear. I know JavaScript is to be used for this but dont know exactly what to do.
