Hi,

One of the users here in the company keeps getting a grey background on her incomming emails.

I have checked for the stationary option and it's not being used.

I sent her a test email from my pc which does not use stationary and she gets the message with a datk grey background.

Is there a setting that I can change on her PC to stop this from happening?

Thanks.

Rgds.

Check her colour scheme in desktop properties. Some colour schemes really mess with Outlook and Word formats. I had one scheme once which caused my Word and Outlook background to be a pale blue and the cursor to leave a | mark where ever I finished an edit job. The colour scheme I had didn't even have blue in it!

Cheers.

As mentioned above check that her background color in WORD or even POWERPOINT is not set to grey....sounds silly but might be the fix.

Thanks,

I went to look at her settings and she had selected "eggplant" in one of her desktop settings.

I hope that was the cause.

Thanks again.

Rgds.
